What is the most difficult thing about love?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 12, 2008:

Times of trouble for the one(s) I love.  Having the fortitude to stand apart and yet remain available as they sort it out and parking my needs as they work through.  Avoiding easy answers and knowing that I don't know.
